I'm so overwhelmed.

———

No matter how hard you try, and no matter what you accomplish, you feel guilty, inadequate, not good enough. You’re your own worst critic.  You are harder on yourself than anyone else could possibly be.

People pleasing is second nature. You put others before yourself and struggle to say no. And then, as a result, you’re depleted, and then resentful of the time you give to others.

It’s hard to strike a balance between work and life. And, it’s flat out impossible to create time for yourself. You’d love to learn to set limits and boundaries to reclaim your time and your life.

It may be cheesy but it’s true: You are good enough, just as you are. You are doing enough. In fact, you’re going above and beyond.  (I’m quite certain you’re amazing and just can’t see it!)

You can learn to treat yourself with love and compassion. And, it is possible to believe that you are good enough.

I’d love to chat with you about what the process looks like. Reach out via e-mail or through the contact form to start learning how to set limits and boundaries in order to truly live the life you desire, to claim your self-confidence, and to recognize that you are enough.

I feel stuck.

———

You’re dissatisfied. You’re tired of simply surviving — or just tolerating — your life. You find your work, your relationships, and even the general course of your life unsatisfying.

Where is your zest for life, your sparkle?

You remember having had it before. You remember a time when you were firing on all cylinders, when you were really happy. It somehow slipped away. You’d love to get back to that place.

Or… you’ve never really had it. Maybe you’re struggling to find that energy, that gusto, that gumption for the first time. Or, perhaps the path you chose led you somewhere you don’t actually want to be.

A sense of purpose or direction — even a clear sense of your identity — eludes you at the moment. You have no idea what the next best step is for you.

But you do know you’re ready to truly live. You’re ready to figure out what is most important to you, and to live in alignment with those values.

You can learn how to get quiet and listen for what you truly want, for how you truly want to live. And you can then be vulnerable and brave and make the changes necessary to live a full and meaningful live.

Let’s chat about what the process to find and nurture your self-confidence, stop doubting yourself, and truly connect with your life looks like. Reach out via e-mail or the contact form.

I’m going through a transition.

———

Change is hard. We struggle with change.

And yet, nothing stays the same.

We expect it to be hard to navigate negative, unexpected events. Losing a job, ending a relationship, being diagnosed with a serious illness… we absolutely understand that we’ll struggle to manage these things.

But, we don’t expect positive changes — because we’re celebrating, right? — to also be difficult. Moving, shifting to a new career, retiring, getting married, having a child, having your children grow up and leave the nest — all great, exciting things… and also hard.

In these moments of change, we lose our footing, our groundedness, so it feels like we’re flailing. We like to know what’s coming so we can plan for it, so we can be ready. But, when we’re in transition we lack certainty (and we like certainty… a lot, even though it is really just the illusion of certainty).

You can learn to find that sense of groundedness regardless of what’s swirling around you, regardless of the uncertainty, the unknown.

If you’d like to start learning how to more effectively navigate transition and to create a sense of stability regardless of what’s going on in your life, send me an e-mail or fill out the contact form.  I’d love to hear from you.
